Medication Assisted Treatment

Receive comprehensive support for sobriety while utilizing medication as part of your treatment plan.

We provide medication-assisted treatment that includes Methadone, Buprenorphine (Suboxone), and Vivitrol.

Case Managment 

 

Case management involves coordinating various aspects of a client's care, such as accessing housing assistance, job placement services, financial support, and healthcare resources. Our case managers serve as advocates for clients, ensuring they receive the support and assistance needed to navigate complex systems and overcome barriers to recovery.

Social Work 

Social workers in our program provide emotional support, counseling, and guidance to individuals and families as they navigate the challenges of addiction recovery. They offer a compassionate ear, helping clients process their emotions, develop coping strategies, and strengthen their support networks. Social workers also provide education on addiction, mental health, and healthy lifestyle choices, empowering clients to make positive changes in their lives.

Peer Support Programs

Connect with peers who understand the challenges of addiction and provide support through shared experiences.

Join our peer groups for families, of those affected by opioid epidemic.

we have a peer group for families, youth young children and partners. 

Partners: Groups: start daily from 10:00 Am and run until 7:00pM 

Youth and young adults start 11:))AM until 7:00 PM

Youth 5 to 10 and Youth 11 to 17 years old have separate groups and groups run from 3:30 to 7:00 PM. 

Groups meet every day with light refreshment rain or shine and on holidays we have special events. 

 

On going childcare is available as well.

Financial / economy classes and support 

Our financial budgeting classes equip individuals with essential money management skills, while social work case management provides personalized support in navigating social services and accessing resources such as shelter and housing assistance. 

We also offer job advancement and placement services to support individuals in achieving stability and independence.
